Initiate - Castalia Intro

It was only midday and Castalia already managed to burn a hole in her smock.

She was so focused on adding herbs to the pot on the back burner she hadn't noticed she was leaning against the metal grate concealing the pyr stones. Pulling away from the stove, she surveyed the damage. An intricate black swirl now adorned the corner of the apron, steaming and singed from the heat.

 "Fuck," she swore under her breath.

 Better the smock than the clothes beneath. She bought the brown tiered skirt to replace one that caught fire the last time she was multitasking. Her ambition was beginning to have a price.
